We are seeking an experienced Regional HR Manager to lead HR functions primarily in Taiwan and support other regions, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.
Responsibilities|
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies, including workforce planning and performance enhancement.
- Manage and improve HR operations and service delivery within Taiwan.
- Collaborate with other regions to enhance HR services and optimize resource use.
- Support the creation and delivery of training and development programs.
- Advise on optimizing staffing resources and performance, and address institutional risks.
- Help implement and monitor global HR systems and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Encourage feedback and integrate improvements to HR practices.
Requirements|
- At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the tech industry, particularly in dynamic environments.
- Strong skills in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, and employee relations.
- Demonstrated leadership in HR functions and ability to drive change.
- Proven track record as a trusted advisor with strong relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing HR operations across multiple regions.
