The ideal candidate is an experienced finance professional with a passion for startups, ready to take on diverse responsibilities. They will play a key role in shaping the financial and administrative framework of our dynamic tech startup in Taiwan.

Responsibilities｜

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Prepare and present timely financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Establish and maintain internal control policies to ensure compliance.
• Recruit, train, and mentor finance and admin staff.
• Oversee administrative functions, ensuring efficient operations.

Requirements｜

• Minimum of 5 years of finance experience, preferably in a startup environment.
• Proven experience in building and leading a finance team.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and local financial regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Quickbooks Online.
