Responsibilities|
- Lead junior engineer to have success project delivery to meet technical requirements and schedule.
- Delivering mechanical structure analysis reports, and the mitigation solution/plan to fix mechanical structure defects.
- Capable of define the suitable process and working models to fulfill diverse business requirements.
- Capable to evaluate mechanical structure by FEA tools, and offering the design risk assessment report in early phase.
- Implement reliability testing via structure equipment (Shock Table, Vibration Table, Package Drop Machine, spectrum analyzer and relative equipment, etc…).
- Validation test support includes material preparation, system setup, schedule tracking.
- Training lab assistant to execute mechanical reliability validation on-site.
- Build and maintain structure relative Spec/SOP/Playbook.
- Mechanical relative research and workshops.
- Collaborate with cross-functions to have success delivery on business.
- Fulfill 80% or more of above
Requirements|
- Master or Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, mechanics, Marine engineering, Civil engineering or equivalent experience beyond.
- Experience in mechanical development, structure analysis, FEA.
- Familiar reliability validation testing and the industry spec in the mechanical structure field.
- Familiar vibration theorem and enable for spectrum analysis by acquisition facility.
- Could presenting to technical audiences in English language.
- Strong relationship management skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across many levels of a matrixed organization.
- Good in English language (verbal and written)
- Packaging engineering experience
- Acoustic engineering experience
