Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and historical data to develop accurate demand forecasts and procurement plans.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure on-time material availability while balancing cost, quality, and lead time.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound logistics, storage, and order fulfillment.
- Implement inventory control measures, optimize safety stock levels, and improve inventory turnover rates.
- Lead a team of warehouse staff and procurement specialists to ensure smooth operations and team efficiency.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to support team development and operational excellence.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems and supply chain KPIs (e.g., delivery accuracy, inventory performance) to identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive continuous process enhancements to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
- Serve as the key liaison to resolve cross-departmental issues and ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare concise reports on supply chain performance, procurement status, and inventory management.
- Provide actionable recommendations to senior management for ongoing improvements.
Requirements
- A master’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in supply chain management, including demand planning, procurement, and inventory control.
- At least 1-2 years of team or project management experience, with the ability to lead small teams and guide their development.
- Experience in 3PL management or global supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for planning and reporting.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive process improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and suppliers.
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively, with a focus on coaching and performance management.
