This role is responsible for leading seasonal planning, merchandising strategies, and go-to-market (GTM) processes for multi-channel business operations. The position will focus on aligning business objectives with market needs, optimizing assortment planning, and ensuring smooth execution of product launches and sales strategies across regions.
Responsibilities
季節性與業務規劃 Seasonal and Business Planning
- 領導季節性市場推廣(GTM)計劃的制定與執行,確保符合本地及區域的業務策略。
Lead the development and execution of seasonal GTM plans, aligning with local and regional business strategies. - 負責年度預算及預測流程,確保與業務目標一致。
Manage the annual budget and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with business goals. - 推動跨部門協作,完成業務確認並實施市場推廣策略。
Drive cross-functional collaboration to finalize business sign-offs and implement GTM strategies.
全渠道商品管理 Omnichannel Merchandising
- 全面負責市場推廣流程,包括產品規劃、上市介紹及銷售啟動會。
Oversee end-to-end GTM operations, including product range planning, introductions, and sales launches. - 制定所有渠道的主力商品規劃及定價策略,確保符合市場需求。
Develop master range plans and pricing strategies for all channels, ensuring alignment with market needs. - 支持直營渠道(電商與零售)及B2B業務的商品規劃、新店開幕、產品上市及促銷活動。
Support D2C (e-commerce and retail) and B2B channels in assortment planning, store openings, product launches, and promotions.
市場與競爭分析Market and Competitor Analysis
- 深入進行市場調研,識別成長機會及行業趨勢。
Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and trends.
• 監控競爭對手動態,分析當地市場表現以支持策略決策。
Monitor competitor activities and analyze local market performance to drive strategic decisions.
需求預測與庫存管理 Forecasting and Inventory Management
- 負責季節性需求預測與庫存優化,與供應鏈團隊協作,確保庫存充足。
Manage seasonal demand planning and inventory optimization, collaborating with supply chain teams to ensure stock availability. - 定期監控庫存水平,並根據需求採取適當的改進措施。
Monitor inventory levels and implement corrective actions as needed.
報告與區域專案Reporting and Regional Initiatives
- 準備並分析按產品、品類及渠道劃分的銷售進貨(Sell-In)與銷售消化(Sell-Through)報告。
Prepare and analyze sell-in and sell-through performance reports by product, category, and channel. - 支持區域專案,包括定價分析與產品開發,並與區域團隊協同合作。
Contribute to regional projects, including pricing analysis and product development, in coordination with the regional team.
Requirements
- 商業、行銷或相關領域的學士學位或以上學歷。
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 5-8 年商品企劃或市場推廣經驗,擁有運動用品、服飾或鞋類行業背景者優先考慮。
5–8 years of experience in merchandising or GTM planning, preferably in sports equipment, apparel, or footwear industries. - 具備卓越的分析能力、溝通能力與組織能力。
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. - 熟練使用 Microsoft Office 套件(PowerPoint、Excel、Word)。
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). - 英文流利,具備中文能力者更佳。
Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus. - 擁有零售或消費品行業經驗,熟悉產品規劃、銷售分析與庫存管理。
Retail or consumer goods experience, with expertise in product merchandising, sales analysis, and inventory management.
