Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards across retail stores based on global brand guidelines.
- Assist in planning and executing new product launches, seasonal themes, and promotional campaigns.
- Adapt VM strategies to suit store layout, regional demographics, and product focus.
- Conduct weekly store visits to assess and improve visual execution, and provide documentation and reporting.
- Support the development and updating of visual manuals, store planograms, and fixture layouts.
- Collaborate closely with the merchandising, retail, and marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and product focus.
- Train store staff on basic VM principles and maintenance of daily visual standards.
Requirements
- Degree or higher in visual design, fashion, space design, or marketing related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in visual merchandising or space planning, preferably in fashion or outdoor lifestyle brands.
- Strong visual and spatial awareness, with the ability to work with color, balance, and product grouping.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote).
- Interest in outdoor activities (e.g., hiking, camping, skiing) and understanding of product use scenarios.
- Strong sense of responsibility, time management, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Good command of English – able to read global VM guidelines and participate in meetings with HQ & Regional teams.
