SI/PI Engineer

Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SI/PI Engineer to join our team.
This role focuses on high-speed PCB design, signal integrity (SI), and power integrity (PI) analysis for next-generation networking and communication products. You will be responsible for designing, validating, and optimizing high-speed interfaces, as well as power delivery networks (PDN) to ensure reliable performance across PoE (Power over Ethernet) and high-speed transmission systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize high-speed PCB for Ethernet, PCIe, DDR, etc.
• Perform SI/PI simulations and validation (e.g., impedance, PDN, decoupling).
• Support PoE power design, thermal, and EMI considerations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with IEEE, IPC, IEC, FCC standards.
• Execute lab testing using oscilloscope, VNA, TDR, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in high-speed hardware design with strong SI/PI expertise.
• Proficiency in SI/PI simulation tools such as Ansys SIwave, Keysight ADS, HyperLynx, etc.
• Hands-on experience with high-speed interfaces (Ethernet 100/1000 Mbps, multi-gig PHY, PCIe, DDR).
• Knowledge of PoE standards and power system design.
• Familiarity with EMI/EMC mitigation and thermal design is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
