Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the Manufacturing Director and manufacturing partners on all aspects of quality assurance.
- Audit execution of IQC, IPQC, OQC, and oversee controls for OBA, GRR, ORT, and CQI per standard processes.
- Validate manufacturing quality across SMT, DIP, and FATP processes.
- Review SCARs from suppliers and 8D reports from partners; track and implement corrective actions and training for continuous improvement.
- Collect, analyze, and compare quality performance data to identify issues and trends.
- Partner with production and test engineers to ensure consistent quality across product assembly, test setups, and manufacturing environments.
- Support root-cause analysis for RMA claims and drive corrective solutions with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
- Assist in process optimization, standardization, and yield improvement efforts to achieve stable, high-quality mass production.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in ODM, EMS, or OEM quality control, ideally for camera or electronic products.
- Solid understanding of quality assurance across materials, assembly, and testing from prototype to mass production.
- Knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes, including SMT, DIP, assembly, testing, and packaging.
- Familiarity with ISO-9001 and ISO-14001 requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools for quality reporting and communication.
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin; Vietnamese language skills are a plus.
