Responsibilities
- Develop high-reliability motherboard hardware for Intel x86, AMD, and ARM-based platforms used in industrial applications.
- Perform schematic design, PCB layout review, and rigorous validation/testing to ensure designs meet specifications.
- Lead the technical aspects of in-house motherboard development, from concept through prototyping and mass production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Supply Chain, and Contract Manufacturers.
- Create and maintain technical documentation such as block diagrams, BOMs, test plans, and manuals.
- Mentor junior engineers and support continuous improvement of engineering processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in circuit design, preferably with high-speed Intel x86 or ARM-based motherboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Ability to work independently, with a proactive and self-driven mindset.
