Responsibilities
- Analyze product applications, customer pain points, and market trends to identify technical opportunities and guide business direction.
- Evaluate competing products and technologies to enhance solution competitiveness and differentiation.
- Engage with customers’ technical teams to understand needs, propose value-added solutions, and oversee the entire requirement process.
- Collaborate with overseas sales teams to ensure smooth product selection, testing, and commissioning, driving project success and customer satisfaction.
- Incubate and replicate successful solutions across regions and industries to strengthen customer influence and market presence.
- Share best practices and technical insights internally to enhance team capabilities and promote knowledge transfer.
- Work closely with product, sales, and R&D teams to align technical strategies with business objectives and ensure consistent solution delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of industrial automation, including servos, inverters, and PLC applications.
- Experience in a leading industrial automation company
- Strong ownership, independence, and drive for results.
- Proficient in English and willing to travel internationally.
