Summary
The company is mainly engaged in the manufacture and marketing of wireless communication network products, selling customized products for export, providing enterprise wireless communication system, mesh network system and wireless network client.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing Manufacturing & Quality team to achieve delivery, cost, and quality targets for high-volume networking and IoT products.
- Assess organization capabilities across NPI and mass production; close gaps through hiring, training, and structured coaching/mentoring.
- Establish and strengthen core competencies in PCBA assembly, RF/wireless testing, reliability, and supplier quality management.
- Own manufacturing readiness for new products, including FAI, process qualification, PFMEA, DOE, control plan, and change management.
- Ensure NPI and product development processes are followed, and manufacturing lines are designed and ramped up to support efficient, high-yield mass production.
- Partner with Product Development, Hardware, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Quality to industrialize new products and continuously improve existing ones.
- Oversee the development of manufacturing processes, test systems, jigs, and fixtures to deliver low cycle time, high throughput, and stable output across global sites.
- Lead Quality System implementation and continuous improvement (deviation, complaints, investigations, CAPA, risk management, training, change & document control, supplier quality, audits).
- Develop and manage supplier qualification, classification, and performance programs for key components, modules, and manufacturing partners.
- Drive structured problem solving and continuous improvement using yield analysis, GR&R, SPC, Lean Six Sigma, and DOE at contract manufacturers and upstream suppliers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading a Manufacturing and Quality organization in wireless, computer and consumer electronic industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or technical degree.
- Build and grow a high-performing team, strengthening NPI, industrialization, and mass-production capabilities.
- Own manufacturing readiness and quality for new products, from FAI/PFMEA/DOE to stable, high-yield mass production.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product Development, Hardware, Operations, and Supply Chain to launch products on time and on cost.
- Champion quality systems, supplier quality, and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, yield/cycle-time optimization) across the value chain.
- Demonstrated project and budget management skills.
- Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles.
- Analytical problem-solving skills with an impeccable attention to detail.
- Fluent in English.
