Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager to support global customers and drive products from early RFQ evaluation through NPI and mass production. This role serves as the primary technical interface for overseas clients, coordinating cross-functional teams, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth project execution across development and manufacturing sites. You will collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and factory teams while managing customer communication in fully English-speaking environments.
Responsibilities
- RFQ & Early Project Scoping
- Review and clarify overseas customer RFQs, assess specifications, provide preliminary technical input, and define project timelines.
- Customer Technical Interface
- Serve as the main technical contact for global clients, managing spec alignment, issue analysis, troubleshooting, and ongoing communication.
- NPI, Pilot Runs & Mass Production Transfer
- Plan and lead trial builds, align cross-functional resources, and ensure products transition smoothly into mass production.
- Requirement Integration & Internal Coordination
- Translate customer needs into actionable tasks and collaborate closely with R&D, quality, and manufacturing teams to drive execution.
- Global Customer Communication & Issue Handling
- Manage customer meetings, documentation, escalations, and follow-ups in English to maintain strong client relationships.
- On-Site Support & Business Travel
- Travel to the U.S., Thailand, or other sites for meetings, pilot builds, troubleshooting, or project reviews as required.
Requirements
- Experience as an RD PM, NPI PM, OPM, or FPM (any hardware PM experience applicable).
- Solid understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent English proficiency (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
