Summary
A leading global semiconductor company specializing in high-performance mixed-signal and audio technologies is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive business growth within the PC ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies in alignment with overall sales objectives and key customer roadmaps.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across customer engineering, procurement, and program management teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams including product management, quality, and supply chain.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally and provide insights to influence product roadmap and new product definition.
- Support design-in and design-win activities at major PC customers and ecosystem partners.
- Participate in business reviews, pricing discussions, and strategic planning with customers alongside senior sales leadership.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to address product lifecycle matters such as quality issues, supply updates, and product changes.
- Work closely with inside sales and operations teams to monitor demand forecasts, revenue gaps, and delivery performance.
- Conduct market and account analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve account penetration.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and effective issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 8 years or above of experience in technical sales, account management, applications engineering, or product marketing within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Experience working with PC OEMs/ODMs or computing ecosystem customers is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of computing or audio-related technologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and sales organizations.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
