Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and market expansion within the advanced packaging ecosystem
- Identify, approach, and secure new customers including leading foundries and OSAT players (e.g., TSMC, ASE, SPIL)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across engineering, process, and procurement teams
- Promote and position company solutions related to electronic assembly materials, cleaning chemistries, and process solutions
- Work closely with technical teams to deliver value-based solutions tailored to customer process requirements
- Lead the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and technology developments within semiconductor packaging
- Collaborate with regional/global teams to align on strategy and execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
- 5 years or above of sales or business development experience in semiconductor, electronic materials, or related industries
- Proven track record in developing new accounts (hunter profile)
- Familiar with advanced packaging processes and key industry players (Foundry / OSAT)
- Solid understanding of soldering materials such as flux, or related electronic assembly chemicals
- Experience working with cleaning solutions, surface treatment, or process chemicals is a strong plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
