- Seek out the potential business in alignment in niche markets.
- Develop policies and procedures for all contracts.
- Develop and maintain relationship with top-management team at contracted VARs.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with VARs to review respective performance.
- Conduct opportunities and forecast reviews with VARs on a monthly basis.
- Develop specific in-depth training for VARs and technical resources, in conjunction with segment engineering teams.
Planning & Strategy｜
- Partner with Sales Directors to align VARs revenue and opportunities with Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Work with Sales Directors to develop underlying sales and marketing strategy to attain contracted VARs revenue objectives.
- Partner with Sales Directors to develop pricing strategies in support of initiatives.
- Develop and implement programs/plans, optimizing core strategy of operational excellence.
- Work with VAR’s technical and marketing teams to develop marketing plans that drive increased demand and demand creation activities, higher margins, successful brand recognition and execution of strategies in the customer base.
- Partner with direct sales and engineers in support of target account penetration initiatives.
- Partner with segment engineering teams to drive product line strategies.
Monitor & Report｜
- Updates to AOP and forecasts on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Updates on VAR’s strategy, tactics and market conditions.
- VAR’s progress towards demand creation goals, pricing, backlog changes, etc., providing regular communication and follow-up.
- Monitor and improve on processes that drive the mutual businesses.
- Provide follow-up support on outstanding quote requests by VARs.
- Track monthly progress of VAR’s opportunities.
- Support scorecard activities with respect to VARs.
- BS/MS in Engineering related with over 7+ years’ experience in Sales or Marketing function.
- English proficiency is a requirement.
