Responsibilities｜

Redesign e-commerce products strategy and align with company’s goal and visions.
Grow and guild engineers, leaders, managers, with structure plan to meet their career plan.
In charge of build up a new platform product for the company.

Requirements｜

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
15+ years of experience in team/ department leading.
5+ years of experience in people management.
Experience in programming languages such as PHP, Golang, C#, Python or Java
Experience in end to end E-commerce product
