Summary

This role acts as a key liaison between customers, engineering teams, and manufacturing sites.
You will translate customer requirements into actionable inputs, support product development projects, and coordinate execution across cross-functional teams, with frequent interaction with overseas factories.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main communication window between customers and internal teams
• Translate customer requirements and product specifications into executable actions
• Track product development progress and ensure project timelines are met
• Follow up on development and pilot production issues and respond to customer feedback
• Maintain and organize product-related documentation

Requirements

• Strong Mandarin and English communication skills
  • French or Italian is a plus
• Ability to read basic 2D / 3D product drawings
• Experience in project coordination with strong execution skills
• Willingness to travel overseas
