The ideal role is a senior accountant managing financial closes, accounts payable, and payroll. Requires 5+ years of experience, strong accounting knowledge, and excellent English skills. Key tasks include financial reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, tax planning, and audit compliance.
Responsibilities|
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting closes.
- Oversee the Accounting Department’s operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and payroll.
- Manage general accounting tasks, such as preparing journal entries, conducting account analysis and reconciliations, and generating related schedules promptly.
- Conduct variance analyses for the monthly balance sheet, income statement, and changes in financial position.
- Prepare financial reports for both corporate and local needs.
- Lead the annual fiscal planning and budgeting process.
- Handle tax planning throughout the fiscal year and file the annual corporate tax return.
- Collaborate with business partners to identify and implement process and system improvements.
- Provide necessary documentation and schedules for external and internal audits, and respond to auditor inquiries.
- Execute internal control procedures and enhance systems, including conducting risk assessments.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and report findings to the CFO.
Requirements|
- 5+ Years Experience: Minimum of five years in a relevant role.
