We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our client’s finance team. This role will oversee key accounting functions and work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
Responsibilities|
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
- Produce precise accounting entries and reports, ensuring they are error-free and meet internal standards.
- Review existing accounting systems and procedures, recommending modifications to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Handle tax audits and support the preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all entries and adjustments are completed on time.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles, including GAAP.
- Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting Manager to improve financial procedures and optimize workflow.
Requirements|
- 15+ years of work experiences working preferably as a Senior HRBP in MNC.
- Fruitful experiences in organization development, training, and talent planning field, which was covering cross region, such Asia Pacific, North America, or EMEA.
- Proven and successful ability to build, lead, and integrate effective and lasting people management programs within a business.
