Responsibilities
- Drive business expansion and distribution growth within the assigned region, with opportunities for travel to engage with partners and stakeholders.
- Establish, nurture, and expand channel partnerships, ensuring strong distribution networks and increased market reach.
- Monitor and forecast sales performance, ensuring quarterly and annual revenue and profitability targets are met.
- Lead pricing strategies and contract negotiations, crafting compelling offers that align with market demands and business objectives.
- Design and execute sales strategies to maximize market penetration and enhance brand visibility for the product portfolio.
- Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with branding and corporate objectives, utilizing digital collaboration platforms effectively.
- Analyze competitor activities and industry trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for business growth.
Requirements
- Experience in sales or business development within the PC hardware sector, ideally with exposure to APAC markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field, or equivalent hands-on experience in channel sales and distribution.
- Proven expertise in customer acquisition and business growth, with a history of building and maintaining strong partnerships.
- Deep understanding of the PC gaming and components ecosystem, including key players, distribution models, and industry dynamics.
- Fluent in English, with exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills; proficiency in additional APAC languages is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, able to work independently, set priorities effectively, and perform well under deadlines.
- Data-driven mindset, with basic proficiency in sales analytics to guide internal and external sales strategies.
- Genuine passion for the PC industry, with awareness of its evolution and an enthusiasm for its future direction.
