Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement effective sales and market development strategies to achieve revenue goals.
 - Identify, approach, and secure new business prospects, clients, and distribution partners within assigned territories.
 - Build, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships through exhibitions, cold outreach, inbound inquiries, and networking initiatives.
 - Map out target organizations, identify key stakeholders, and introduce tailored solutions to address their needs.
 - Manage sales pipeline and activity tracking using the company’s CRM tools.
 - Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging trends to refine business strategies.
 
Requirements
- 7 years or above of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably within the IT, networking, or telecommunications
 - Demonstrated success in building strategic partnerships and closing complex deals in enterprise, telcom, or industrial
 - Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities in English.
 - Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent professional experience.
 - Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
 - Willing to travel regionally as business needs arise.
