Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute partner marketing strategies, performance indicators, operational procedures, and evaluation standards for new distributors and resellers.
- Design and enhance partner marketing initiatives to boost business growth and expand market reach through effective partnership engagement.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners while cultivating sustainable, long-term collaborations with existing ones.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop enablement materials and training programs, ensuring partners have the right tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Track, assess, and interpret partner performance data to generate insights and recommendations for optimizing overall channel effectiveness.
- Maintain robust and trusted partnerships by driving mutual business growth and ensuring partner satisfaction.
- Lead periodic business reviews to align objectives, evaluate performance, and identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 5 years or above of experience in channel or partner management.
- Solid project coordination and communication skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and organized.
- Hands-on experience in channel programs, co-marketing, or incentive schemes.
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM or marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
