Summary
My client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Country General Manager to drive business growth and strengthen market presence. The ideal candidate is a commercially driven leader with a strong foundation in sales, business development, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage Taiwan region’s Profit and Loss (P&L).
- Direct the local team to achieve annual financial targets and operational objectives set by the company.
- Monitor local and global market trends while maintaining a strong understanding of the company’s strategic direction.
- Develop and execute a long-term strategic business plan aimed at capturing growth opportunities.
- Act as a key driver in building strategic partnerships with stakeholders.
- Oversee the launch of strategic offerings and work closely with the engineering team to ensure successful market adoption.
- Lead the ongoing development of the service portfolio, focusing on creating value-driven offerings that boost revenue and client satisfaction.
- Develop and lead a results-driven and skilled team that ensures the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in sales or business development, preferably in B2B or service-driven industries, especially in the wet cleaning process or polish related process.
- Proven track record in P&L management, with the ability to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong background in brand strategy and corporate communications.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement long-term business strategies and localize global initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
- Prior experience in a multinational company is highly preferred.
