
Summary
As the “Voice of the Customer” for a global leader in high-performance mixed-signal semiconductors, you will be the primary technical liaison for elite consumer electronic brands. You will bridge complex engineering challenges with actionable quality solutions to ensure our products continue to power the world’s most iconic devices.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Build high-level technical relationships with premium customers and their contract manufacturers (CMs).
- Customer Advocacy: Lead quality interactions and provide precise technical updates to maintain peak customer satisfaction.
- Internal Influence: Brief executive leadership on customer expectations and emerging industry quality trends.
- Incident Management: Manage the end-to-end RMA process, quality audits, and technical seminars.
- Technical Documentation: Present sophisticated quality reports and data analyses tailored to rigorous global standards.
Requirements
- Education & Experience: BS in EE, ME, Physics, or Materials Science with 5+ years in the semiconductor industry.
- Market Expertise: Background in FAE, Product/Test (PE/TE), or Failure Analysis (FA), specifically within the PC/Laptop market.
- Technical Proficiencies: * Strong grasp of semiconductor fabrication, assembly, and advanced packaging.
- Knowledge of Statistics (SPC) and production control.
- Ability to interpret ATE and Bench Test results.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation and poise under high-pressure customer escalations.
- Communication: Fluency in English and Chinese (Written/Oral) is required.
- Mobility: Open to domestic and international travel.
