Summary
A leading FoodTech SaaS provider is driving digital transformation in the F&B industry. With presence in 30+ markets, it supports top restaurants and hospitality groups in guest management, reservations, and data-driven customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Provide onboarding support for clients across Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, with occasional ad-hoc assignments as needed.
- Lead project management and oversee end-to-end system implementation.
- Facilitate onboarding activities including kick-off meetings, system setup, and user training.
- Deliver customer support throughout the pre- and post-go-live phases to ensure smooth adoption.
- Perform system testing, identify bugs, and share actionable feedback with relevant teams.
- Maintain regular client communication to gather feedback and continuously enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Product Management, Marketing) across regions.
- Support upselling opportunities when relevant, though this is not a primary KPI for the role.
Requirements
- 4 years or above of relevant work experience, background in Software, IT, SaaS, or Food & Beverage industry is a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel based on client needs.
- Native proficiency in Chinese and fluency in English.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Adaptable, quick-thinking, resilient under pressure, and comfortable with occasional overtime.
