Responsibilities｜
- Interpret electronic component specifications, including motors, pumps, fans, and components on PCB boards.
- Interpret PCB circuit designs already in production, make minor modifications and troubleshoot when necessary, and collaborate with external layout vendors for revisions.
- Ability to quickly pivot and adjust to changing priorities and environments typical of startups.Construct hand-wired circuit boards needed for experiments.
- Compile Bills of Materials (BOM) for electronic components and related Work Instructions (WI) and Incoming Inspection documents.
- Assist in optimizing and debugging products during the manufacturing process.
- Designing, developing, and implementing automated control systems for electrical components and processes, utilizing Python scripting where applicable.
- Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues during development, testing, and production phases.
- Conducting feasibility studies and cost analyses for electrical systems.
Requirements｜
- Basic proficiency in English (TOEIC score of 500 or above).
- Proficiency in using oscilloscopes and power supplies.
- Basic PCB soldering skills.
- Proficiency in using basic computer software (Word, Excel, PPT).
- Possess the necessary skills required for the above electronic specialties.
