Responsibilities|
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and increase market share within the EU region.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Set, track, and achieve sales targets, ensuring consistent growth and profitability.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve team objectives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the product line and stay informed about new product developments and innovations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements|
- 5 years or above of sales experience and focus on notebooks/tablets products.
- Fluent in English is required.
- In-depth understanding of the automotive industry and its dynamics within the EU market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing successful sales strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and drive a sales team.
