Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the sales team to qualify business opportunities and participate in technical discussions with customers
- Co-develop technical solutions with customers and internal engineering teams, clearly presenting proposals and recommendations
- Perform on-site technical services at semiconductor fab locations (e.g., system evaluations, health checks) and deliver comprehensive technical reports
- Support the resolution of product quality issues and technical challenges through root-cause analysis and corrective actions
- Provide technical training, application support, and consulting to customers as well as internal stakeholders
- Maintain close collaboration with fab-side process, equipment, and operations teams to ensure successful solution implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in an engineering-related discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, or other relevant fields)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry, including exposure to wafer fabs, equipment OEMs, process-related suppliers, or high-purity gas/chemical/component manufacturers
- Experience with etching or deposition processes is strongly preferred
- Solid technical understanding of semiconductor fab environments and high-purity systems, with hands-on problem-solving experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure fab environments
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver technical presentations
- Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills, capable of working effectively with customers and cross-functional teams
- Willingness to relocate to southern Taiwan (Tainan/Kaohsiung) and travel as required for on-site customer support
