We are looking for a financial leader to oversee accounting operations, financial strategy, and corporate governance. This role offers a clear path to a CFO position and plays a key part in the company’s long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement ERP systems, including financial, inventory, and accounting modules.
- Develop and maintain IFRS-compliant financial reporting and accounting structures.
- Lead corporate governance and ESG-related financial planning.
- Manage the full scope of accounting operations, including cost and management accounting.
- Coordinate financial planning and consolidation across multiple entities.
- Serve as the key liaison for financial communications with external stakeholders.
- Participate in strategic corporate planning and future financial roadmaps.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- At least 10 years in a relevant role, with potential to transition into a CFO position.
- Proficiency in ERP implementation and IFRS financial reporting.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and an independent, proactive approach.
