This role is key in managing financial operations, including closing processes, budget control, financial reporting, and tax compliance. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for effective collaboration and risk management.

Responsibilities｜

• Oversee the financial closing activities to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Manage charges related to cross-border transactions and ensure proper accounting.
• Approve employee expense reimbursements and maintain accurate records.
• Develop and monitor budget plans to achieve financial objectives.
• Manage cash flow to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements for both local and regional reporting.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT, corporate income tax, and withholding tax.
• Handle both financial and tax audit matters.
• Drive improvements in financial processes for enhanced efficiency.
• Facilitate effective communication across departments to ensure smooth information flow.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect company assets.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Review contracts and manage the affixing of the company seal (legal matters will be addressed by legal consultants).

Requirements｜

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Accounting/Finance).
• Familiarity with international financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace, with the ability to effectively use functions and formulas for calculations, data analysis, and report generation.
• Strong English skills, including listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting/finance.
