Summary
We are supporting a fast-growing, internationally operating technology group in hiring a Group Head of HR.
This role acts as a hands-on HR Business Partner to executive leadership and key business stakeholders, bridging people strategy with business execution, while leading group-level HR governance, people strategy, and organizational scalability.
Working closely with executive leadership, the role ensures the HR function can sustainably support business growth across regions.
Responsibilities
- Lead group-wide HR governance and operating models, ensuring consistency while respecting regional flexibility
- Own end-to-end HR strategy including organization design, talent management, C&B framework, and leadership development
- Partner closely with CEO and executive team on people-related business decisions, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness
- Oversee and develop a cross-regional HR team, strengthening HR capability from execution to strategic partnering
- Drive HR digitalization, data transparency, and process optimization to improve scalability and decision quality
- Support organizational change initiatives including expansion, transformation, and cross-border collaboration
Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience with exposure to group / regional / multi-country environments
- Experience leading HR at Head of HR / HR Director / Regional HR Head level
- Strong capability in HR governance, C&B strategy, and organizational design
- Comfortable working with senior executives and translating business needs into people solutions
- Able to operate independently with high ownership and judgment
- Strong English communication skills
