Summary
My client is a TW company with B2B software solution in APAC, with fast growing market needs to deliver quality services to their clients and also back by world listed companies.
Responsibilities
- Define product roadmaps and technical specifications aligned with business objectives.
- Design and oversee the development of scalable and high-performance B2B solution with suitable AI model.
- Manage cross function teams, including PM, Tech support, Engineering and QA.
- Coach software engineering team to achieve organizational goals.
- Work closely with CEO and business team deliver quality results to clients with Agile mindset.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in SaaS or big data products
- Holding Electrical or Computer engineering degrees.
- Experience in reframe team culture and build team from scratch.
- Proven record in leadership and critical product issue solving.
