Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from proactive outreach through offer execution
- Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to translate real business needs into hiring strategy
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with highly specialized technical professionals
- Develop candidate pipelines through community engagement, referrals, and direct sourcing
- Identify strong candidates through unconventional channels such as open-source contributions, technical writing, research output, or domain-specific forums
- Coordinate structured interview processes and support hiring teams in clear, data-informed decision making
- Manage offer discussions and closing in collaboration with senior stakeholders
- Continuously improve recruiting workflows, tools, and candidate experience as the company scales
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience recruiting technical talent in competitive or early-stage environments
- Able to understand and discuss technical complexity at a meaningful level, in partnership with engineering leaders
- Proven track record of sourcing beyond standard recruiting platforms
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping build processes where none exist
- Strong ownership mindset with high standards for quality and candidate experience
