Responsibilities|
- HR Support: Provide strategic HR support for business units in Taiwan. Regularly assess organizational needs and deliver effective solutions in recruitment, training, performance evaluations, compensation, and employee relations.
- Organizational Development: Collaborate with management to drive company-wide changes. Refine HR systems, processes, and structures to enhance HR operational efficiency.
- Cultural and Values Promotion: Promote and sustain company culture and values. Build and maintain effective communication channels to support continuous growth and stability across departments.
- Effective Communication: Proactively engage with business units, department heads, and employees. Ensure efficient information flow across various organizational levels.
Requirements|
- Experience: Over 3 years of experience as an HRBP or more than 5 years in a related HR role.
- Expertise: Proven experience in talent recruitment and employee relations.
- Professional Skills: Strong HR competencies, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage high emotional intensity.
- Communication Skills: Excellent coordination and communication abilities, with a strong sense of dedication and responsibility. Proactive and engaged in work.
