The company is an automation and technology multinational enterprise (MNC) with a strong global presence. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to support our Taiwan organization. This role serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, will dedicate time to organizational optimization, culture building, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring that HR practices directly enable commercial success.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Taiwan GM to translate business goals into effective HR strategies.
- Drive performance review processes and ensure fair, consistent, and transparent practices.
- Lead initiatives on culture building and employee engagement to strengthen collaboration and trust.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, providing compliance-focused solutions aligned with Taiwan labor law.
- Collaborate with regional HR to align global practices with local business needs.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations that support sales growth and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably with exposure to HRBP responsibilities.
- Proven ability in performance management, employee relations, and culture/engagement initiatives.
- Strong business acumen and commercial sense, with the ability to link HR initiatives to business outcomes.
- Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English.
- Solid knowledge of Taiwan labor law and employee relations practices.
