Responsibilities|

- Provide HR consultation to resolve employee issues and conflicts.

- Monitor employee performance to ensure effective performance management processes.
- Handle scheduling and workforce planning to optimize staff coverage and meet operational needs in retail environments.
Requirements|
- Experience: Over 3 years of experience as an HRBP or 5 years in a related HR role.
- Retail industry background is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
