Responsibilities|
- Attain industry segment sales targets for assigned BUs. Track and report sales progress, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals.
- Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies that align with corporate and regional objectives. Ensure strategies are designed to meet business objectives and sustain brand image.
- Develop and execute plans to increase market share and profitability for enterprise products and services. Focus on value-based concepts to drive growth in key market segments.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer relationship management (CRM). Focus on customer satisfaction and long-term business prospects.
- Work collaboratively with marketing teams to implement marketing communication strategies. Ensure consistency in brand image and promotional activities.
- Utilize company’s local and regional resources effectively to close projects and enhance customer satisfaction. Promote cross-functional collaboration to meet customer needs.
- Comply with customer or project bid review processes. Prepare and submit bid management documents in accordance with project or customer requirements and company policies.
- Lead and maintain cooperative working relationships with other departments. Foster cross-BU and cross-functional teamwork to provide high value to customers.
Requirements|
- Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably in Electric Engineering
- At least 6 years or above of sales experience with 3 years sales management experience.
- Strong technical knowledge in Electrical product such as UPS、Low-Mid Voltage.
