Responsibilities
- Own and manage strategic key accounts, building long-term customer relationships while serving as the primary commercial contact.
- Drive business growth by achieving revenue targets and identifying new opportunities within existing and prospective customers.
- Lead customer programs throughout the entire project lifecycle, from design-in to mass production, ensuring successful execution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including FAE, R&D, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain, to deliver timely and effective solutions.
- Coordinate commercial activities such as quotations, pricing discussions, distributor management, order fulfillment, and after-sales support.
- Gather and communicate market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to regional and global stakeholders.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience through proactive communication, effective problem-solving, and a strong service-oriented approach.
Requirements
- 5 years or above of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development within the semiconductor, wireless communication, IoT, or electronic components industries.
- Proven experience managing OEM, ODM, EMS, or strategic enterprise customers.
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across global and cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English communication skills, capable of working with regional customers and global headquarters.
- Self-motivated, proactive, well-organized, and comfortable working in a matrix organization.
- Customer-focused with a strong service mindset and the ability to build long-term partnerships
