Responsibilities
- Manage and develop key accounts in the Taiwan market within the automation and industrial manufacturing sectors
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with strategic customers and act as the primary commercial contact
- Develop account strategies and drive business growth through solution-based and consultative selling
- Work closely with internal technical, application, and regional teams to support customer projects
- Lead commercial discussions, including pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements
- Track account performance and provide regular updates to management
Requirements
- 5 years above of B2B sales or key account management experience in automation, industrial equipment, or related industries
- Solid understanding of Taiwan’s manufacturing landscape (OEMs, system integrators, end users)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a regional / global matrix organization
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Willingness to travel domestically as needed
