Responsibilities|
- Manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously & strategically.
- Responsible for assigned quota.
- Work closely with regional office and colleagues.
- Work closely and collaborate with different function teams within company as well as factory.
- Develop and execute business management plan that drives regional offices include:
- create and maintain of a robust sales pipeline.
- manage forecast for factory material planning.
- achieve sales targets
- Analyze business trend of accounts and Program/Catalogue business, include Pricing, config, offering and competitions.
- Retained accounts/projects plan.
- RFP/RFI tracking.
- Develop Business Dashboard to monitor Booking/Shipping KPI, Revenue, GP, Win/Lost Deals, MPS Hit Rate, Pipeline.
- Profile Customer Map: buying history, price/config, applications/use cases, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and team/people management.
- Channel strategy. Proficient in number analysis.
- Problem solving skills and patience.
Requirements|

- Brand products selling
- Staying in English speaking countries more than 3 (included) years is a plus
- TOEIC 900 or above
- 10+ years of technology related sales or business/account management experience management programs within a business.
