A fast-growing company in the micro-mobility and electric vehicle sector is seeking a seasoned and strategic National Sales Manager to lead our sales organization and drive business expansion across North America. This pivotal role will oversee a team of Regional Sales Managers, build a nationwide dealer network, and develop go-to-market strategies that elevate our brand presence. The ideal candidate is both a visionary leader and hands-on operator — capable of translating growth ambitions into scalable sales performance in the electrified mobility space.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy aligned with company goals.
 - Lead and mentor Regional Sales Managers, setting performance targets and providing guidance for continuous improvement.
 - Build and manage a robust dealer and distribution network across key U.S. markets.
 - Establish national sales policies, incentive programs, and performance metrics.
 - Analyze market intelligence and sales data to identify opportunities and refine strategy.
 - Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure execution consistency.
 - Represent the company in strategic negotiations and key account relationships.
 - Contribute to annual budgeting, forecasting, and executive planning discussions.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
 - 10+ years of sales leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a national management capacity.
 - Proven success in automotive, powersports, or EV/mobility industries.
 - Strong ability to design and scale sales organizations through process and people development.
 - Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
 - Financial acumen and comfort with forecasting and budget oversight.
