Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance Planning & Design – Participate in quality analysis, develop quality assurance plans, and design quality control checkpoints to ensure compliance with company and customer quality standards at every stage.
- System Process Design & Monitoring – Establish and optimize quality assurance processes and control procedures to ensure strict adherence to quality standards from raw materials to finished products in production and operations.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration on Quality Issues – Proactively coordinate with relevant departments to conduct in-depth analysis of quality issues, drive root cause analysis, and oversee the effectiveness of corrective actions for long-term improvement.
- Quality Objectives Management & Improvement – Continuously monitor quality assurance metrics and goals, regularly review improvement plans, and drive process enhancements as needed to improve product consistency and reliability.
- Documentation & Record Maintenance – Manage and control quality related documents and records to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
- Team Training & Management – Establish and train the quality assurance team, enhancing team members’ quality awareness and problem-solving skills to effectively support the company’s quality objectives.
- Customer & Supplier Management – Independently handle customer quality requirements and complaints while driving quality improvement initiatives with suppliers to enhance overall supply chain stability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Familiarity with mechanical manufacturing processes.
- At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, including quality management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in IATF 16949 quality management system; knowledge of ISO, TQM, Six Sigma, and hands-on experience in quality auditing (internal/external) and process improvement.
- Strong English communication and coordination skills, with a high level of quality awareness and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong statistical and data analysis skills to support systematic improvements and decision-making.
