Responsibilities|
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share across the EMEA region.
- Familiar with own brand product selling with the branding concept.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and partners in the region.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Lead and manage key sales projects, from initiation through to execution and completion.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Requirements|
- Over 6 years of sales experience and at least 2 years of management experience in IPC industry.
- Strong distributor management experience with great communication skill.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
- Familiar with product and project management, experienced in product manager is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
