Responsibilities
- Take ownership of sales targets, revenue forecasting, and business growth strategies.
 - Work closely with regional offices and HQ teams to develop strategies, secure key accounts, and drive project success.
 - Oversee and manage international projects, ensuring alignment and execution across multiple regional teams.
 - Facilitate seamless communication and coordination with various HQ departments to support business objectives.
 - Conduct data-driven analysis to identify market trends, competitive insights, and business opportunities.
 - Provide accurate demand forecasts and collaborate with the team and factory for material planning.
 - Manage, update, and optimize pricing structures to maintain market competitiveness.
 
Requirements
- 5 years or above as a sales or project manager with experience within PC or Industrial PC industry.
 - Fluent in English with near-native proficiency, demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills.
 - Excellent communication skills, with proven experience delivering compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
 - Strong teamwork and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
 - Be available for international travel to support business development and project execution.
