Senior Software Engineer specializing in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence (BI), and Analytics.
This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with factory teams to ensure data accuracy and insights that drive business decisions.
Responsibilities｜
- Design, implement, and maintain data warehousing solutions that support the collection and analysis of manufacturing data from partner factories.
- Develop and manage BI tools and analytics platforms to provide actionable insights from manufacturing.
- Work with factories to integrate data from various sources, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and availability of data for analysis.
- Work closely with Taiwanese ODM factories to understand their needs and ensure that data systems support their operational requirements.
- Optimize data systems for performance, ensuring system is processed efficiently and is accessible in a timely manner.
- Develop dashboards and reports that provide key stakeholders with insights into manufacturing performance, quality, and efficiency.
- Ensure that data systems comply with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices for data security and privacy.
Requirements｜
- Degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in data warehousing, BI, and analytics, with a focus on manufacturing or supply chain data.
- Good English communication skills in work.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of data integration and data pipeline development.
