Software AI Engineer

Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Software AI Engineer to join our corporate AI and data infrastructure team. This role focuses on building intelligent software systems, enabling advanced AI model deployment, and supporting digital transformation through automation and scalable software technologies.
You will collaborate closely with BIOS, BMC, FW test team and software development teams to deliver high-performance, reliable, and efficient AI-driven solutions in a Fortune S&P 500 company environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data infrastructure, supporting the full lifecycle from model development to production deployment.
• Collaborate with software engineers to operationalize AI models into APIs or microservices.
• Implement and optimize DevOps pipelines to streamline model training, testing, and deployment processes.
• Develop and automate data ingestion, transformation, and processing workflows.
• Deploy AI models to inference servers and ensure performance, reliability, and scalability in production environments.
• Integrate AI applications with existing enterprise systems and platforms.
• Monitor system logs, analyze performance metrics, and conduct root cause analysis for optimization and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with relevant research experience, in software development or AI/ML engineering (preferably backend or data
  infrastructure roles).
• Proficiency in Python (required); familiarity with Java is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Linux environments, shell scripting, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD or similar continuous integration and deployment tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Exposure to GPU programming and AI performance optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s/K3s) for containerized deployments.
