Software Engineering Director

Software and hardware integration MNC is seeking for a software engineering director with leadership & ownership to lead a product team.

Build and develop engineering managers, senior engineers’ career and align with the company’s goal and culture.
Identify and measure indicators of team health and productivity
Drive and make sure disciplined engineering processes
Represent product to stakeholders, partners, and customers
Collaborate with leads for related or dependent product.
As the key person to make cross departments smoothly.

Outstanding software engineering, result-oriented, flexible and humble with leading 10+ members experiences.
Drive and a track record of going above-and-beyond expectations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Well-organized, self-starting and able to deliver to schedule
Professional manner interacting with colleagues, internal and external partners.
Ability to travel worldwide, for company events up to 3 weeks each
