Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, conduct client meetings, and provide tailored solutions to meet the evolving needs of regional customers.
- Drive direct sales efforts, develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring long-term partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align customer requirements with technical solutions and product offerings.
- Prepare detailed visit reports, track sales performance, and provide insights to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience within the semiconductor, component & equipment manufacturing, or related high-tech industries.
- Proven ability to develop new business, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals.
- Ability to work independently, meet ambitious sales targets, and adapt to a dynamic market environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and expand business opportunities.
