Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual procurement plans.
• Establish and manage supplier evaluation procedures.
• Conduct regular audits on raw material and equipment acceptance processes.
• Analyze market information on raw materials and equipment suppliers.
• Lead procurement projects, ensuring smooth execution and cross-functional coordination.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure supply chain stability and compliance.
• Oversee departmental training and team performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of procurement experience; prior leadership experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Skills in supplier sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation.
• Hands-on experience with Excel, Outlook, Word, and Oracle ERP.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Background in electronics, electrical, or mechanical industries is a plus.
