Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual procurement plans.
- Establish and manage supplier evaluation procedures.
- Conduct regular audits on raw material and equipment acceptance processes.
- Analyze market information on raw materials and equipment suppliers.
- Lead procurement projects, ensuring smooth execution and cross-functional coordination.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure supply chain stability and compliance.
- Oversee departmental training and team performance management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of procurement experience; prior leadership experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Skills in supplier sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation.
- Hands-on experience with Excel, Outlook, Word, and Oracle ERP.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license.
- Background in electronics, electrical, or mechanical industries is a plus.
