As the organization enters its next phase of global expansion, they are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Head of Talent Acquisition to build and scale their global hiring infrastructure.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for designing and leading the company’s end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across functions and regions.
The successful candidate will partner closely with executive leadership to support rapid scaling across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a scalable global hiring strategy aligned with business growth plans
- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team; establish structure, KPIs, and best practices
- Partner with C-level leadership on workforce planning and headcount forecasting
- Personally drive critical leadership and technical hires
- Build strong talent pipelines in technology (AI, hardware, SaaS) and healthcare domains
- Optimize recruitment operations, ATS systems, and data-driven hiring decisions
- Strengthen employer branding in competitive global markets
- Support international hiring initiatives and cross-border talent strategy
Requirements
- 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including leadership responsibility
- Proven experience scaling a high-growth or venture-backed technology company
- Strong background in technical hiring (AI / hardware / healthtech preferred)
- Experience building TA processes from early-stage or scale-up environments
- Strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution capability
- Experience working closely with executive leadership teams
- Exposure to global or multi-region hiring is highly preferred
